So what is the real problem then? For me, its simple. It takes more than just gathering few people who happened to know how to play basketball to compete in such tournament. Stamina, training, fundamental are some elements that we are lack of.
Not to blame anyone or any teams, but the departure of original players like Yomin, Topek, Ujon, Epul really set us back. Its not the same team anymore. Its a whole new team, and for a fresh team to pick such a competetive tournament, its really not fair to judge us by being not having any spirit and such. Teams like Swoosh and Snipers have gone many stages to be where they are now.
Give us some time to prove it. For some of us, this could be our first open tournament that we joined. As long as we keep playing together, Insyaallah we can give more challenges to other teams for next season.
We'll see.
